I made an Appointment for a Chimney cleaning and set a date and time on the scheduled date no one showed up. I had taken a day off to be there about 2 hours after the scheduled appointment I tried to call but missed the closing time by 5 minutes. when I called the next morning I was told that it was my fault that they did not show up because i did not call right away when they were not there it did not matter that I was there waiting on a day I had to take off. If this is how there operate all there business I am surprised there still in business.
