Dr Hayman is great! Came to the house to see my donkeys. He was very good with them. I needed a vet, and got lucky.

I do not write reviews, however, I need to write this one. There has been a real change at All Creatures Animal Hospital. The staff at the office is great. They always treat me with great respect, and never make me feel as though I am a bother when I need to get flea meds, etc. They are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Dr. Hayman, though, has certainly changed. His demeanor toward his vet techs is disrespectful. I have literally heard him yell at a tech or techs, to the point that I was actually embarrassed for them. I don't even want to ask him any questions about treatment methods, medication effects, etc. as he will become defensive and say that he has been a vet for over 30 years and he knows . . . Call me a dumb owner, but I like my questions answered with respect, not a know-it-all smirk. He needs to take a good look at his staff. They are the glue that is (and has been) holding his business together. Dr. Hayman needs to be respectful to everyone.

Over the years I have used All Creatures Animal Hospital for treatment of my dogs and cats. The office staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have noticed a change though with Dr. Hayman. His attitude has become one of arrogance, and flippant. I have heard of other concerns also, but my personal experience is what I will focus on here. I must say again that his staff is top notch, but I am considering going to another vet, based on Dr. Hayman's attitude. I want to feel that my questions are answered sincerely and honestly. . . not arrogantly and lightly. He needs to remember that clients are the reason for his business. . . his staff is his best asset right now!
