      Opened in 1974, our Watsonville location carries a wide variety of engineered wood products and tools, in addition to the common products that we stock at all yards, and has on staff both a door and window specialist and a decking specialist to assist customers with these specialized needs. The Watsonville location houses our remanufacturing facility, capable of milling custom corbels and other products to specific customer specifications. The Watsonville location is also home to our central dispatching office, which enables us to respond quickly to any customer need on the Central Coast. A rail spur on-site lets us take advantage of cost savings by purchasing rail cars of lumber directly from the mills, which allows us to pass significant savings down to our customers. Hardware
