I met Dr. Dana Hogan at Stone Soup - a respite care program for special need children and their siblings at Princeton UMC (in Athens, GA) where I take my daughter -who is autistic and has mild cerebral palsy, and her 2 brothers. She volunteers as does one of her nurses. I was so thrilled by her great personality and such positive interaction with my kids! I took Madison to see her and she was so wonderful with her! She did more than just examine her for cold like symptoms. She listened to my concerns about having troubles finding help for Maddie with her ADD/ADHD - being put on a waiting list to see a specialist -6 months out. She is working with us to find solutions to help. She and her staff are top notch! Dr. Hogan also checked Madison's sight and hearing- which is difficult to test with her condition. She gave me an autism resource packet for our area...and another packet on Hyperactive Disorder copied from "The Holistic Pediatrician" for me to check out. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
