Colham Ferry Elementary School, located in Watkinsville, Ga., is affiliated with the Oconee County Schools. It offers a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to more than 500 students in grades kindergarten through five. The school offers various programs, including English, arts, music, science, social studies, mathematics, and computer and physical education. Colham Ferry Elementary School also provides media studies, early intervention projects, interrelated special education, speech, and gifted and talented education programs. The school is approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It has a parent-teacher association that focuses on increasing awareness and participation in curriculum and policy development, by enhancing communication between home and school.
