I recently attended calling hours for a family friend and was not impressed in the least, which is unfortunate because the business has been around for so long.



The urn was incorrect. The top and bottom did not match. They did say that they would fix it the next day.



The two employees conducting the services were on their cell phones most of the time. One employee didn't t even silence her phone as I audibly heard it go off each time. I know that times are changing, but my opinion is that no one should be on their cell phone when they are working, especially when working in a funeral home. Take your break and check your phone then.



There was also a very inappropriate conversation held between someone who had come to pay their respects and the male employee. The male employee told this female, "If I knew you were coming, I would have taken my Cialis because 3 hours won't be enough for you."



This review will most likely do nothing to influence their business, but if I can help someone narrow down their search results for a funeral home, then my goal is achieved. I am disgusted and will advise anyone I know to hold their services for their loved ones elsewhere.
