Lorraine Guidry helped me select an engagement ring. It was clear to me that she had a wealth of knowledge and sincere desire to assist me in making my selection. Lorraine explained each piece and its subtle differences to me in easy to understand terms and did so with out making me feel pressured in to making an uninformed decision. As a previous employee at Kay Jewlers I was very impressed with Perrywinkles. The quality of their jewelry and the amazing customer service left a lasting impression and we live out of state! While I was working at Kay's I was looking to trade my engagement ring. Even though I was constantly looking at the jewelry Kay's provided (for customers and secretly shopping for myself), I never found anything that stuck out to me as far as quality of diamonds. That is until we went stopped into Perrywinkles. There are so many selections and the quality of the diamonds made me excited to find my perfect ring with the help of a wonderful woman named Lorraine. Now I'm a happy customer and I'll only purchase my jewelry from Perrywinkles in Watertown, NY. I was also impressed to see that they have someone in the store that services the jewelry. They really care about their customers and its hard to find that in other jewelry stores. Great people, beautiful jewelry, and I highly recommend this location.

I had honestly only ever shopped at Kay's. But we went into Perrywinkles to look at the Disney Pandora Charms. We ended up buying rings for our anniversary! Jess Farney was a fantastic help. She was personable, took her time with us, and never lost her smile throughout. She was super patient, and we left extremely satisfied. People, much less workers like her are hard to find. I went to the store looking for a diamond ring for my wife. I bought her a small diamond ring when we got married in 1981. She deserved a really nice ring. When I entered the store KendraLee asked me what I was looking for and who it was for. She was very professional and showed me a range of different rings and bands and explained all the differences between them. The hole experience was very pleasant and KendraLee made it easy for me to decide what I wanted and didn't pressure me in any way. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for jewelry. I am 100 % satisfied with store and the professionalism of my sales person. My wife is very happy with her new triple diamond ring and five diamond wedding band.

I shopped at Perrywinkles for a Christmas present for my wife this year. It was my first experience with this company and I was pleased with my experience. It was extremely busy as I was shopping at the last minute but I received wonderful and personalized service. What truly impressed me was not the visit where I purchased but the visit where I returned the item. It was Christmas eve and I had to return the necklace that I had purchased just days earlier. The woman that waited on me treated me in the same friendly manner that I had received when I bought the necklace. I have to say that I was impressed by the professionalism and the empathy that she showed me. She did not introduce herself but I heard another staff member call her Laraine. I want her to know she made me feel better and I will be back someday when I want to buy jewelry again. Thank you Laraine.

I went to the Watertown Perrywinkles store when I decided to start shoping around for engagement wings. I kind of had an idea of what I wanted and the moment I walked in the store Shawn took me from explaining me the different types of diamonds to the different sets the have and the fact that they can do custom built jewelry. Shawn is awesome, he was really pacient with me and helped me to find the best ring within my budget, even after I chose a ring and I found out my girlfriend was expecting something slightly different. Everyone I talked to in the store was really professional and focused on getting what the costumer wants, always trusting their product and not pushing the customers to buy from them. That is something I really appreciate. I really recomend this store, you won't be disapointed.
