  The redevelopment plan that has been packaged by Neighbors Of Watertown, Inc. centers around restoration of the historic row house. The interior and exterior of the structure was rebuilt including prominent front porches added. The dwelling units have been returned to quality family housing. The project renovated 7 buildings, provided 22 units of affordable housing, and was a major catalyst for revitalization of the surrounding neighborhood.

  Neighbors Of Watertown, Inc. Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program provides financial assistance to help owner occupants make needed improvements to their homes. The primary objective is to eliminate any conditions that might become hazardous to the health and safety of the occupants of homes throughout the city. Insulation and weatherization are also encouraged. Without this help, many of these properties would fall below acceptable levels of habitability.
