Having been seriously ill for 25 years, my teeth reflected damage done by malnutrition, the anti-inflammatory steroids ruined my teeth and bones but kept me alive, and the personal neglect (why bother w; expense, more infections, risks etc.) I spoke to at least 20 dentists,some up to 45 mins away; No One wanted my case, the obvious risks, and generally pointed us to any Emerg Rm, and I GAVE UP until an abscess in 11/11 forced my hand;called the 1-800-Dentist #;they listened, calmed me,confirmed my Dental Insurance +gave me to Dr. Duong, his partner and fellow dentist Dr Tracey Lai and TNT's kind+welcoming hygienists.Everyone else ran from the case, but Dr.Duong called me brave and made certain there was time between extractions/procedures to help weak immune system He answers all questions.Financially doable on one income, pain manageable (truy) And so Today, I left office w/ 32 pretty white teeth! And the car mirror showed me a face I'd missed! Dr D saved me, LESS than mile away!!!

The receptionist was friendly and I did not have to wait long. I told the dentist that I have sensitive teeth so he took extra care to clean them. IT DID NOT HURT! I am so glad I switched dentists since the last dentist made me feel like I am there so he can make money off of me.
