The business practices run are dishonest and sketchy. The establishment on their own closed due to snow and still charged all the parents for that day. This practice is not on the signed contract. When approached, the owner took things as if it was on a personal level against her. A week later, an " anonymous " complaint came from Little People to my peers complaining about me to others of insufficient things as well as, flat out lies like dropping off child then abandoning him and that a staff member overheard alleged conversations that suggested parent said negatory statements towards child were even reported. The owner, Rhonda's first impression peaches and cream demeanor does go sour if approached with something negative or something she doesn't agree with you on. One might even question the manger's actions in this matter. At the time of my experience -Employees did not openly acknowledge parents/caregivers when dropping off or picking up their child. Seen numerous staff members replacing others suggesting to me high turnover rate .Beware of expensive late fees. There are many.Apparently, since posting this similar post originally on Facebook, voicing my opinions of my experience at Little People, the owner and her son, continue to revert to slanderous tales of inflated reports to my peers of false natures. I am banned from using this facility from the owner, Rhonda. A report from her son told her this- then I was reported to my peers -which eventually came down to me - that I can't take pictures inside facility even though I was only taking pictures of the notices on the wall. This is against some kind of rule. I didn't even get the chance to finish out the two prepaid weeks. Acknowledging truth evidentially arouses a very bitter spitefulness.

This daycare is amazing. Rhonda is the director and has accommodated my family on numerous occasions, even when circumstances changed and we had to keep our kids home. Rhonda is always willing to work with families, and truly puts the kids first. She has an AMAZING staff who are constantly showing the kids affection and kindness. They are so down-to-earth and friendly. The center itself is clean and inviting, and even has a covered play area outside! The cost is very reasonable, too. I literally cannot say enough good things about Little People and I will continue to sing their praises to everyone!! THANK YOU!! Desiree
