Had my car serviced here for the first time ever this week. Everything about it was simple and great - making the appointment was smooth, easily got a loaner, was kept updated on status of repair, etc. The staff in the service department were patient and personable. I am definitely coming back here!

I bought a used Saab here last year only because it included an extended 100,000 mile warranty that I was told would be honored despite Saab's problems. Unlike other Saab dealers, Valenti is refusing to cover service under the warranty, now that Saab is no longer reimbursing. I feel that this is an opportunity for them to step up and show that customer service matters to them. Obviously, it doesn't. I feel like I was cheated and misled. I would recommend finding another place to buy cars.
