My experience at Shaker Kia was pleasent,and professional. I knew the car I wanted because I did my homework, and the price I wanted to pay. Well upon arriving I saw they had many of the model I wanted to choose from. Mike was more that helpful showing me the cars. The super service plan was just a plus to keep my car running well. I want to thank Mike and Todd for making this a pleasent purchase.

My husband purchased a brand new 2013 KIA Optima from Shakers. Ron Albert was his sales person. He called me about 10 days after delivering the vehicle. I never met Ron but he new me by first name and was so pleasant over the phone. He inquired about the KIA survey that we received by email.
