Throughout the more than 100,000-square-foot facility, customers will find robot operated machining centers, automated part handling, cellular manufacturing and precision metrology labs. Sussek Machine has more than 50 CNC machines, automated cellular production, inertia welding, induction heat treat and temper, magnetic particle inspection, CNC grinding, hobbing and spline rolling. The process and design engineering departments are completely in-house. Its design engineering focuses on front-end assembly and failure modes and effects analysis. Sussek Machine is a QS 9000 certification-pending company.
