VGM Financial Services was established in 1991 as the finance source for the VGM Buying Group, a health care group purchasing organization, and for VGM Club, a golf course group purchasing organization. The company is an affiliate of the TCF Financial Corporation, a national bank holding company with $12 billion in assets. TCF has more than 430 banking offices in Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Colorado and Indiana. Other TCF affiliates provide mortgage banking, brokerage, investment and insurance sales.
