I was in town Sept 24, 2011 for a University of Northern Iowa football game, & to get in a couple of rounds golf. The hotel does have a bit of a 1970's feel to it, but it was clean with comfy beds. Very good value for money, & there are a few places a short walk away to eat & drink as well. I would have no problem going back at all. They will validate your parking at a ramp that is across the street connected by a skyway, & the staff was great as well. danybhoy from Minnesota

we were very, very disappointed in the way management acted during out stay during women's bowling tournaments. From 12 to 3 am maintenance was sawing a hole in the wall to get in a room across the hall from us because they were locked out. We had to listen to sawing and banging until 3. We complained to the desk clerk but they didn't volunteer to move us. Asked why it couldln't wait until 8 am -- because they needed what was in the room -- at 3 am??????ALl we received as $20.00 off our rooms -- a big, BIG disappointment to us. We traveled 3 hours and drove home after a day of bowling very, very tired. Management did NOT go out of their way to compensate us and this was a very legit complaint.
