I had the guy out to fix our fridge. He was there five minutes and it cost us almost $100, for him to tell me we needed to put a wedge under the fridge to tilt it back so water doesn't drip. We did, and that still didn't help so now the floor still gets wet and we're out $100. Also, we bought a used dryer from them and within 30 days, it stopped working. I spoke to a lady on the phone who told me that it was probably our outlet and we needed to call an electrician to come fix it and if that didn't work to call them back. Well, we didn't have the money for that until later when we were out of warranty. It wasn't the damn outlet. So I called them back and they were going to try and make me pay for them to come fix it! I said no, you're going to come out and fix the dryer that we told you stopped working WITHIN the warranty period and you told me it was the outlet! So the guy comes out (same incompetent guy who worked on the fridge), is down there two minutes and comes up and says the dryer is completely locked up and we are SOL because it'd cost more to replace the part than the dryer is worth!!!! So then we're out HUNDREDS and STILL without a dryer!He leaves, and about 30 minutes later the COP is at my door saying they had a complaint about rabbits being kept in unsanitary conditions, peeing on each other, and malnourished. This repair man called the cops on us!!!!!!!!!! I let the cop in, and as we were walking to the basement where they're kept (next to laundry room where the repair man was working, so he was snooping in my basement!) and the cop remarks, "Wow, this house is so much nicer now - the previous tenants were disgusting."I show him the rabbits - all in ENORMOUS cages (they're PETS). They each had a cage of their own, and not stacked up (they're so fancy and heavy they couldn't possibly be stacked and they have wheels). The cop said, "I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH BEAUTIFUL, FAT RABBITS!" and left. Lying, cheating, thieving jerks.
