General Info
Working from home as a 2-man crew in 1978, Dale Bruesewitz (Owner) soon realized the need for a bigger shop with a show room. Bruesewitz Plumbing moved to Chestnut Street and set up shop for 20+ years. In May 2000 Dale purchased Maas & Sons, a 4th generation business in Waterford, to now offer services from two locations. This allows Dale to continue the family owned tradition in Waterford as well as Burlington. In 2004 Dale moved his Burlington operations to a larger location on Milwaukee Avenue. In 2010 Dale sold the Burlington operations and Bruesewitz Plumbing name to an employee while maintaining the traditional family operated business - now known as Tyde Fource Inc dba Maas & Sons, at the Waterford location - Hwy 36 & Hwy 20. Maas & Sons has been in the same location since 1945. Maas & Sons is proud to still have family representation from both the Bruesewitz and Maas families on staff. Very happy with Rudy’s workmanship and the response by your office personnel.
The two Gentlemen that came to remove our old water softener and replace it with a new one were very courteous and professional. We had an unfortunate incident where we didn't realize our septic system was backed up and when they cut through the pipe to install the check valve, the septic system started relieving water through the pipe that he cut for the check valve into our basement. The one gentlemen held the water back with his hand, while we tried to find buckets to relieve the septic water into. As unpleasant as the situation was, they both kept their cool and helped save a disaster of sewer water all over our basement. They also emptied the buckets and cleaned up the water the best they could. I still couldn't believe how nice they were, and I apologized for them having to take this on. I appreciate every thing they did because it could have been a costly mess.
