I bought one car there under cash for clunkers (AKA Dealer Welfare) The car had problems many trips to the dealer for new car warranty repairs they always gave me a loaner To drive back to Erie I spent a lot of time in my busy schedule I think a dealer close to home is the best thats my afterthought to be true to my hometown of Erie

Do not buy a car/van from this dealer. The service was horrible. The vechicle was horrible! Very unfriendly service people. Pay the extra money and buy a Toyota!!!! You will save in the long run.

All the advice that I can give is read the manufactures label on the vehicle for the correct fuel milage. Not what the dealer writes on the windshield or tells you what gas milage that you can get or advertises in the paper. The manufacture milage is tested by the EPA and is the correct. Lesson learned and I thought it to be a good idea to pass it on to others. I found out at this dealer the hard way.

Just purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and I love it! The Humes staff is wonderful to work with and buy from. No pressure and I asked a million questions. I drove past other dealerships to make my way to Waterford and it was well worth the trip. The same sales person was still there and he remembered me from the last time I bought there. I love the fact that I get a loaner car that is new and clean. Thanks and I will be back for my oil changes.

They give me a loaner I have to drive all the way out to pick it up and then drive it all the way back to pick my car up and gas both vehicles up. It takes a lot af my time. Im thinking of local next time.

If I could give them a Zero rating I would! Purchased a new $ 40,000 car from them. That went fine, but service is horrible. Yes, they do have a good car loaner program to be sure. Other than that, the waiting room is small and inadequate. Had multiple problems which took multiple trips to fix, and in a number of cases, never have been fixed. To name a couple, tire issues & and wind noise. They are not friendly: I was always calm & pleasant with them because I wanted to have this vehicle for 10+ years. They do not want you to talk with the service writers, rather, just pay your bill and leave. I would leave without knowing if what I asked them to do was done, worked, or other. It was as if I was bothering them if I asked them about what was done. Wrote multiple letter to them to no avail. Talked with the GM in private & could not believe what he said to me. It is a disaster.

What a place to buy a car. They treat you like family from the time you walk in the door. A free loaner car when I need service done to mine. No pressure to buy and gave me ALL the facts. I will be a customer for a long time and want to tell others how great the website is also. Thank you
