Had Mr. Rooter replace my water heater that pretty much exploded in my basement. The cleaned out the water and my basement looked better than before it exploded!

I had Mr. Rooter come out right before the big storm to install a new sump pump and back up sump pump. While all my neighbors basements flooded mine stayed dry! Great work Bob!

The Rooter Guys took over $2000 for the first job. They found a bigger problem. We gave them $4500 for the new job. The City determined it was their problem and did the 2nd job free. The Rooter Guys never finished their first job and only offered part of 2nd fee back, The Rooter Guys wrote 2 checks that bounced, so far, for a portion of the $4500 and nothing for incomplete 1st job. They keep giving us a runaround. Police reports have been filed and they lie to the police. Going higher now.

I own a mexican restaurant and use The Rooter Guys as my primary plumber, they have been nothing but curteous and dependable to us. They have taken care of all our plumbing needs from replacing toilets, to pumping our grease tank. Matt and his crew at the Rooter Guys are always there with same day service when we need them. I was most impressed a couple weeks ago when our kitchen backed up around 6-7pm on a Sunday, I called the Rooter Guys figuring I would just get an answering machine but sure enough the phone was answered by a nice lady who said they would be there within the hour, and they were. That is why I will never go to anyone else for my plumbing needs. Great work guys!
