Run from this place paying cash elsewhere would be better. My Dentures were made incorrectly and didnt finish my 6yearold sons filling when i asked about it they simply said if u dont like it go somewhere else he's in alot of pain and is going to have a vary hard time trusting the dentist again
This is the best office ever!! I never have to leave this office since all of the dental specialties are at the same location. They have an orthodontist, a periodontist, and a headache specialist that got rid of my migraines. I get the family atmosphere with a father and son relationship between Drs. Ingber and Ingber, and they are most fair and honest compared to the last dental office I had been going to down the street--no comparison! My children are no longer fearful and my family will be patients for years to come.
Had my husband's teeth extracted and a set of dentures made. Paid up front, CASH, with the agreement that all future adjustments and relines were included to get a good fit for him. Well, after the procedure and one adjustment two weeks later, his gums have now healed and the teeth don't fit. They want $400 and him to go without his teeth for 24 hours. Weird, no one can find in the file how this was agreed upon. Very shady, just a quick money-maker, and to hell with customer service. Guess where I WON'T be going for my lowers?
I go to this office all of the time, and each visit is better then the last. The staff are outstanding and the dentists are very nice and compassionate. They have been treating my entire family and it is nice to have everything done at one place. I never have to go elsewhere. I love this office!
My family and I have received very caring and professional treatment here. We appreciate the fact that all of our dental needs can be provided for in one location!! They are expanding and remodeling right now. Looks like some great things to come. Thanks for everything Dr. Jeffrey and Dr. Jason Ingber!!!! :)
