Ordered a new prop right from their website. Never actually talked to anyone, I merely received an automated email within a minute after ordering indicating that the prop had been shipped (which I found a little strange since I knew it had obviously not been shipped yet) and that it should arrive within 3-5 business days. Sure enough I found it waiting on my doorstep 3 business days after ordering. Prop was brand new in box and was exactly what I needed. Communication could be a little better but overall I am very happy with the transaction. I was a little skeptical at first, given at how much cheaper Dan's props were when compared to other websites. I have found refurbished props for similar prices, but not brand new Quicksilvers. Will definitely order from again if/when need be (keeping fingers crossed that no rock encounters are in my near future). I will be recommending Dan's to friends and family members who have boats.

very unprofessonal person answering the phone and free use of profanity while talking to customers. do not do bussiness with this company if you value you integrity and want to be treated with respect. worst attitude i have ever experenced with a company. flat out rude and undeserving of any sales of any kind . (beware, you will not be treated in a manor an honest bussiness would be proud to be known for) predators on the loose
