RIDICULOUS to deal with. I called and ordered a funeral arrangement then realized that I made a mistake with the date. I called both their local and 800 number 6 times and was redirected to another number. I left three messages then in desperation drove to the store where I was greeted with dark windows and a locked door. Called from the parking lot got a voice message for a number I didn't even call. Begged and pleaded for a return call and as of yet STILL have not recieved it. Ironic that my sister that lives in AZ was able to get thru, change the date for delivery and was told that the store was open, doors unlocked five minutes later. If these flowers are not beautiful, I am going to take them back and demand my money back. Awful, stressful experience.

This was the worst florist experience I have ever had (and I buy flowers alot). The staff was not only extremely slow, but also very rude! I called on the phone and they were rude and when I went into the store the next day they were ever ruder. To top it all off after I paid a great deal of money for the flowers - they were dying within two days. When I called the store, they pretty much told me "tough luck." RIDICULOUS! I will never go back to Carmarly's Florist and I would definitley not recommend them. There are much more better florists in the area!

I ordered gerbera dasies, they sent fuji mums, when i called about it, they said "to bad". So much for their "guarentee". Bad attitude!!

Awful flowers and awful service. Ordered gerbera daisy's, they sent fuji mums. Wrong flowers, wrong style, wrong colors. When you call and complain, they don't care. 10 thumbs down. Will never use them again. They do not honor their satisfaction guarantee.

i highly recommend carmarlys because they have the freshest flowers and the best prices. They are also so very nice both the man and woman i have dealt with. they even carried my flowers out to my car for me.

THEY WERE SO HELPFUL TO ME WHEN I NEEDED FUNERAL FLOWERS AND BENT OVER BACKWARDS AND STAYED OPEN LATE JUST TO ACCOMODATE ME WHEN I NEEDED HELP THE MOST.THEY TREATED ME SO KINDLY AND WERE SO THOUGHTFUL OF MY FEELINGS WHEN I NEEDED COMFORT THE MOST AT THAT TIME OF MY LIFE
