I was in the Waterford store with my little boy who loves ceiling fans. When we walked by the ceiling fan display my son got excited and decided to lay down in the middle of the aisle and watch the fans for a while. The store wasn't busy so I sat down next to him and let him watch the fans for several mins. During this time several Lowes employees stopped to check that neither of us had fallen and injured ourselves, I explained the situation and one employee, who's name I wish I would have gotten, even offered to go to another department and bring me back a chair to sit in while my son was enjoying this little blissful moment. I turned down the chair but thanked that gentleman for his understanding. Thank you Lowes for your wonderful, helpful, understanding employees. My son will be turning four soon and you may just see us enjoying a happy half hour in the fan display on his birthday : D

Dyllon Jones in the kitchen design department in your waterford store is very very knowledgeable. Has been a great help and I would recommend him to other's. When some is that good you need to keep him in your employment.

Highly recommended because the cust service staff went out of their way to help me when I was missing parts to a set of shelves. Well done.
