NEVER SHOP HERE! If I could give a negative star I would. Me and four of my friends entered the store with only interested in trying on a wig. The owner Never got off his phone call, just but it on his chest and said let me know if u need help. Then he kept chatting I told him yes, my friend wants to try on a wig. He then said rudely I might add "IF YOU WANT TO TRY ON ONE OF MY WIGS YOU GOT TO BE REALLY INTERESTED IN BUYING IT. I CHARGE FOR THE CAPS! YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY. then the dude just got back on the phone. We were so shocked we just walked out the store confused at what just occurred.
I was so mad at how we were treated I turned around and went back in to address his rudeness. Again he put the phone to his chest, I told him that how he spoke to us was rude. All you had to say was I charge for the caps if you want to try on a wig, the rest was not needed. He then argued "YOU DONT KNOW THE KIND OF PPL I HAVE TO DEAL WITH"! All my wigs are neat and trying them on takes a lot of work. We tried to explain that trying things on is what mAkes a customer truly interested in buying but he wasn't interested in what we had to say and got back on his call.
