I recently purchased a vehicle under the reasonable expectation that the car would last a number of years, and three months later the engine blew on the highway. I had to get it towed to a shop, where both the shop and an appraiser found that the engine had extensive internal problems and had blown a hole through the block. I missed more than a week of work, and when I asked the dealership for help, they said the only thing they would do was repair it at "significantly discounted prices". Their significantly discounted prices were the same as what I was quoted elsewhere, and I find it highly unreasonable that I should be expected to put $2500-$3000 into a vehicle I just spent over $7000 for, and that was supposed to come with a working and reliable engine.
Also, two of the tires that I was led to believe were new have been deflating regularly for the last two months. This has been a very frustrating and expensive experience, and I am spending almost $10k for a ten-year old car.
Bought a beautiful, 1 owner car. Worked with David on a Sunday and there was absolutely no pressure. Fair trade in value for my 06 Dodge Caravan and David had 4 new tires installed. Financing and paperwork was very smooth. There is a problem with the suspension, but scheduled for assesment/repairs. I'm confident that will go as smooth. Reserving rating of Quality of repairs till after suspension is.looked at. :-)

Purchased a Honda . The price of the car was fair ,but more important to us , they cared about what we were looking for and did their best to accommodate us Thank you for your efforts.

You are a a fool to ever ever, purchase a car from Jim Juliani. I bought a car from them in Feb. 2012. As I pulled from the car lot, the speed control shift fell on my feet, the coolant light came on after an hour of driving it (cracked motor and head gasket), and the sun roof cables snapped. I asked to return the car, they said no, we will fix it. They used their incapable service department to make the repairs. Well, the 1st attempt took over 2 months and the service tech broke other internal engine parts by putting it back together wrong. 2nd attempt took over 2 months, 3rd attempt 3 months, 4th attempt etc. Over 5 attempts and 1 year of paying insurance on a car that cannot be driven. Jim then offers to install an new engine if I agree to pay for it. (over $4500). When I said no way, he then without my permission dumped so temporary fix solution into the engine. Again, that didn't work. Now he states he will not do anymore repairs, will not take the car back. So, now we are off to court. My lawyer says its a slam dunk case, but this slimy used car dealer still wants to hold up his image of a slimy car dealer and put off the obvious court finding for as long as possible.
Buyer be ware.
Don't use the service department for anything more than an oil change or something else simple.
I have come back a second time to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. This time around was better than the first time. However, a very knowledgeable & friendly staff. For those in need to purchase a car/truck, I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks for making me mobile again. Shout-out to Dave for keeping it real!
I purchased a 2007 BMW 528 two years ago from Juliani motors. It just needed valve covers new plugs and a oil housing. The price for these repairs because I bought the car from this dealer were 575 less than from BMW.
Had the pleasure of speaking and working with Dave Juliani, he's the best!!! Had the exact car I was looking for (2010 Audi S4). Scheduling for the Test Drive was fast and easy, the car drove like how it looked, amazing. A+ looking forward to making my future car purchases from Jim Juliani Motors.

Excellent service! Sales person was great! The processing of all documentation was very fast. Everyone at Juliani moters were very personable and not pushy at all. I was very comfortable with the transactions. I will defintely come back in the future and make another purchase with them.
