  Graduated in 2013 from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut, magna cum laude, with a concentration in civil advocacy and dispute resolution. In law school, he competed on the mock trial and dispute resolution teams and received awards for Excellence in Legal Scholarship, Law & Economics, and Law & Medicine. Prior to joining Hertzmark, Crean & Lahey, Attorney Levine served as a clerk in Connecticut Superior Courts and provided litigation support to business law firms. In 2015, he completed a certificate program in economics, business analytics, and accounting through Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Connecticut and New Haven Bar Associations.

We draft operating agreements, bylaws, articles of incorporation and prepare and file all of the required paperwork with the Secretary of State's office. We have represented both for profit and nonprofit companies in commercial loan closings. We offer very reasonable rates to our established business clientele in the prosecution or defense of civil lawsuits or civil arbitration matters.

We will meet extensively with the client to determine, based on his or her assets, what the best estate planning mechanism is that should be employed. We also prepare advance health care directives, powers of attorney and applications for both voluntary and involuntary conservatorships. We represent fiduciaries and executors in the administration of estates through the probate court system from application to inventory filings to final accountings.
