Provided by YP.comCompany took a deposit from us and told us they would start the job in one week. After a series of excuses and delays here we are two months out and they have become totally unresponsive and will not refund our deposit. Having to take legal action to get our money back. Stay away from these guys as they are not a real and reliable company. Fly-by-nighters. Beware!

Provided by YP.comBased on the last review posted in 2009 this one is not going to be that giving. My experience with this company was anything but professional. Folks showed up whenever they wanted. I did not know what to expect day to day. I felt hostage to the situation. I was told by the owner, Jerry that the job would take 5 days and it elapsed into 5 wks. Once the concrete was poured they took tools and left. They presented me the final bill and came back on a Saturday when I wasn't home, so they could take off the forms for the concrete.
In the beginning the owner collected 1/3 of the deposit and I NEVER saw him again. He told me at that time when I met him that other concrete contractors would take a bid and then charge me more in the end and claimed he wouldn't do that. I ended up paying him $800 dollars more for the decking than the contract stated. I complained to Jerry in a text to his phone about the mess. He never showed up to see the finished job. He stated that this was due to his poor health conditions. I had metal railings that were left in the yard way too heavy for anyone to move along with the mess of concrete and rocks spewed into the grass. Jerry wanted these railings & offered a trade but on the last day his folks wanted to take them for FREE. If I hadn't of been there they would of been gone. I took pictures of the whole process to protect myself. All in all I rate the work mediocre due to the fact that it was a terribly hard job. The concrete doesn't look even on the porch and the pad replaced by my cellar was another story I don't feel like complaining. One positive thing I can say is when I was the military I learned how to do things to the best of my capability and that left me with a sense of pride. This definitely was not the case here. If they can't see it from their house they don't care.
