We decided to give this place a try because its new in our area. I called in our order for pickup, and got there when they said it would be ready, around 9pm, well past the dinner rush. I waited another 30-40 minutes for my food. Many people were also waiting for food and also had been told it would be ready. Some people were waiting an hour for their food, and one person even came back twice to pick up and it still wasn't ready. We felt bad though, because it looks like the place is severely understaffed. There were just not enough people to cook, make sushi, take people's sit down orders and ring up pick up orders. The workers looked like they were trying really hard to do what they needed to do but there just weren't enough of them. I am giving them 4 stars because I think the food is delicious. It was reasonably priced, and not too salty, which is surprising for most sushi places! They also have quite a few vegetarian items, which is great. We really hope this place gets it together and hires more staff, because we think they could be a very successful place. We would love to stop here for dinner often as its on the way home from work. I just hope people don't give up on the place because of the bad experiences everyone was having with the wait.
