I visited a lot of different sales, but I really like April's Sales. Especially I want to mention Richie and Jill, kind of sympathetic people, you always can negotiate they always make discounts very polite are the best people whom I have met at any Estate Sales .

Have been purchasing items from April estate sales for a long time, and reading some of these negative reviews I must say is down right slanderous in all of the time dealing with April and her son I have never once had a issue. A lot of people who attend these estate sales and would be motivated to leave a negative review are quite brain dead themselves , I see how they act at estate sales and they are the most annoying imbeciles on the face of the earth to deal with.
Nonetheless don't be turned away buy someone who apparently is from a competing liquidator running estate sales themselves and is very jealous over the amount of volume April estate sales do.
I can tell you from first hand experience that the workers and owners are excellent ! and again have never had a issue at all !

We have used Aprils Estate Sales They are the best very organized staff showed up at 9 AM I can’t believe how well they organize the house when they say they have a following they mean it definitely use Aprils Estate sales we interviewed for companies we chose them they were the best by far I would say they sold about 80% of our stuff all their pricing seems to be very fair this was my first Stasia I’ve had did not understand it that much they help me along the way and at the end I was very pleased The employees and the owner are great people every time I called them they helped they even went out of their way to help me most of the reviews I read on here it seems to me there unhappy people because they couldn’t get an item at the sale

Great people! I have gone to many April Sales! April is very straightforward and tells it like it is-It is refreshing to have someone up front and honest so you know what you are getting. Her sales are very neat and tidy. The sales people are always very helpful and remain pleasant under pressure. (Estate Sales are a blood sport for some haha) I have overheard sales people being very protective of the items in the homes, which is something I would want if I had an estate sale I my home. Fair and reasonable prices as well! Definitely a great company and the ONLY estate sale company to call when you want the job done right!

Don't bother getting there early. They advertise numbers being handed out at 830am but already have a list of friends and dealers ahead of you. I went there early to make sure to get a low number. I ended up being 4th in line to go in , so I thought. Several people arrived after me and went to the front of the line and were handed numbers by name saying they emailed them. Both there website and the sign on the door said nothing about emailing your name in early. I contacted April's about this issue and after a few back and forth emails was told at first they don't do that kind of thing. I was told the people who went to the front of the line arrived at 530am and started a list and put it on their windshield. I was also told they stayed with their car until 830am. I watched them arrive after me and I got there at 810am They seem to know way too much about these people and the time they arrived. Either make good friends with them or bring a pen and paper and start your own list.

I went to their sale very overpriced! It's like going to the stores. I would say worst! One of their workers said an item was sold when it was for sale but I noticed they were saving for themselves. WOW! Should have read the reviews. Never again would I got to one of their sales I would rather go to the store and have warranty instead of buying it used from them. Honestly they are very overpriced. See for yourself....

Whoa! Stay away at all cost. Drove over 45 miles and wasted my entire morning. The company allows presales and the remaining junk is overpriced. If this review saves one person their morning than i'll be happy. I will NEVER attend one of these sales again.

I have been to a few sales organized by this company. The people are always so nice and friendly-they even helped me put the bulky items in my car. I highly recommend this company, April will be the first I call whenever I need to liquidate.

The people running the sales are nice and helpful. The problem seems to be pre-selling to dealers/friends, and not having the advertised pieces there when the sale opens. Every time I go early to one of thier sales all the good stuff is gone- and I get there before they open and wait. Sorry to say but I won't drive 40 miles to clean up thier junk AND pay top dollar fro the privilage.

The pros: they handle some good estates hence the 3 stars. The cons: pricing can be hit or miss - sometimes fair and other times way overpriced. I could purchase some of the stuff I've seen on eBay (in fact I check pricing on my iPhone) and not wait in line, be snapped at by their employees, or overpay. They're running estate sales not an antique shop. Price accordingly and how about smiling and being civil to your customers? There are other estate sale companies in NJ that are such a pleasure to deal with so I think I'll avoid these guys.
