Gurganus was our contractor for a modular home almost seven years ago. They done such sub standard work that it has actually altered our retirement. My husband and I trusted them, and they played good cop, bad cop with the modular supplier (R-anell). Neither done quality work. Our hard wood floor is separating, at our contractor suggestion the lot wasn't built up enough costing us and extra 25,000 in repairs, the molding is separating, the sheet rock even on the ceiling is cracking, the vinyl siding wasn't nailed on properly we had to replace it, one of the boxes either wasn't built to scale to match its mate or it wasn't set properly there is a wave or sunk in place on one side of our house and the list goes on and on. We trusted them plus this was our retirement home so at the time of construction we were living almost 200 miles away. Now for many years we will be spending money and time doing home repairs instead of enjoying our retirement. Don't go near these so called builders!
