I would not recommend dealing with Heart of America. We bought some flooring for our kitchen at a Sutherlands in Texas, and when we got to the house it was two different shades of flooring. We chose which shade we liked best and proceeded to another store to get the rest of the flooring. We bought the rest we needed from a different store and they once again only had part of the quantity we needed. Buy it like carpet all at once right is what they say. Well, we did that twice and both times and in both places we got two different kinds of flooring. We spoke to both stores. The Sutherlands in Lubbock was great, accepted responsibility for the floor we bought there, but the one in Witchita Falls gave us the supplier's number to call (Heart of America). We spoke with them for over a two weeks before someone told us to send them a piece of the tile we had and they would get back to us. They never did, and when we contacted them they refused to help us. No reimbursment, nothing!!
