Residential Services Residential cleaning services are offered on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Every person will get a customized cleaning schedule according to their households needs!!! $20 per labor hour for basic cleaning which can take 2-7 hours depending on the the size and state of the house. An initial deep clean will usually take between 5-10 hours and is also $20 per labor hour. Basic Cleaning Includes: Kitchen: Dishes-washed, dried and put away Clutter picked up Counters wiped down Outside of stove cleaned Appliances wiped dwn Floor swept and mopped Microwave cleaned out Trash taken out Bathrooms: Bathtub/Shower cleaned Toilets cleaned Sinks cleaned Mirrors cleaned Trash taken out Floor swept and mopped Living Room & Family Room: Clutter picked up Dust all wood and wipe down wall decorations Sweep, mop wood floors/vacuum carpet Dining Room- Wipe down table and chairs Dust any wood Wipe down glass Sweep & Mop or Vacuum Playrooms- Clean up clutter Wipe down outside of play equipment and toy boxes Sweep & Mop or Vacuum Extras: Clean inside of windows (includes blinds) $5 per window Wipe down baseboards in the entire house -$20 Wash down walls- $10 per room Cleaning ceiling fans and light fixtures-$10 per room Clean out Fridge and Freezer -$15 Laundry (includes wash, dry fold and hang up- You put away)-$10 per load Clean and Organize Kitchen cabinets-$5 per cabinet. Wash down Doors -$2 per door *Extras are additional to the hourly rate. Other Services available: Organization priced after consultation Spring Cleaning-Priced after consultation *References Available Upon Request Commercial Services Commercial services are done by bid. Services offered : Disposing of trash Clean and disinfect bathrooms Dusting Vacuuming and mopping common walk ways Windows Wipe down walls Clean and disinfect kitchen/break room Dusting light fixtures and fans Commercial jobs are first toured by a company representative then a quote can be completed.
