Car had 160,000 miles. Broke down south of Walmart 7:30pm. Police said had to be towed and called Moore. He saw car was in good shape but had transmission gone. Offered to take car and send him title. Said junk yard would not accept car without title up front. I said ok take it. Called the next day and said to tow it to junk yard and I would take junk value for car. He did not do as I wished. Charged $50 to tow car but he took it to his house and would not move it to junk yard. Later he said he had storage charges and would not release car. This is not an honest opeation.
