The World Bank Group consists of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), which aims to reduce poverty in middle-income and creditworthy poorer countries by promoting sustainable development through loans, guarantees and risk management products, as well as analytical and advisory services. The World Bank Group also consists of International Development Association (IDA), which was established in 1960 and aims to reduce poverty by providing interest-free credits and grants for programs that boost economic growth, reduce inequalities and improve living conditions of individuals. The World Bank Group also owns International Finance Corporation. In addition the company owns the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency and the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
