Our chefs craft dough with 100% white whole wheat flour milled solely from the pure, natural goodness of winter wheat from the northern Great Plains. Our tomato sauce gets its velvety, full flavor and super deep red color from the tomatoes grown by the Pastini family. Our fresh herbs are sourced from a small farm in the Shenandoah Valley, and all our pizzas and salads are garnished with our authentic tree-to-table virgin olive oil. Our creamy Fiore di Latte mozzarella cheese is made with farm-fresh organic milk and hand-spun in our very own workshop. Our premium meats are sourced from family farms, and our sausage is from family-made Logan's sausage of Alexandria, VA. Our soda jerks work modern-day miracles on our American Soda Fountain.
