A wonderful hotel! My only major complaint is that sometimes, it doesn't seem like you are getting your 400$ plus money's worth, but it is still an excellent hotel! The "tree" made out of ornaments during the winter is a beautiful addition. The restaurant CityZen located in the Mandarin Oriental is constantly getting praised, and with good reason. Again, this is an expensive hotel, and so is the restaurant. My room was tasteful and practical, such as jacuzzi and a VO5 water bottle. The staff are nice, and willing to accommodate. The spa is one of the best in Washington, a definite visit! The packages at the spa are great for a retreat. In short, go and be happy!
