Beware!!If you are a condominium currently with these folks or thinking about hiring them, I think you should think twice and run in the other direction. I don't trust them under any circumstances. Dealing with these people, that I indirectly pay.. through condo fees given to them via an incompetent board, is a headache. Because they get a check from the board, expect to hear, "we don't answer to you" when things get tough. Expect for Josh to yell and hang up the phone and ignore you when you seek answers to why the spreadsheets don't add up, have irregularities, and why you are being forced to pay for things that you clearly should not be paying for. If you're a "management" company shouldn't you know the build's governing documents inside out that you are managing. Expect to pull teeth as you try to get to the truth with the obstacles they will surely throw your way. Expect for them to pass you off to the board and take no accountability. Expect to feel hopeless and feel taken advantage of as TNWLC colludes with your Board as they together carelessly trample over your property rights. Expect for TNWLC to side with your board right or wrong because they want to keep their undeserved and inflated paycheck coming in. Do expect to be ignored of course. Expect them to post fake reviews in order to bury real problem reviews. There are better options in this city then TNWLC, pass on this mediocre company and use Yelp to find people that don't pretend to help you. I cannot stress enough you have to Beware!! buildings owe it to their owners to find a management company that can balance the board and owners well, this company does not do that, it will look the other way as it is happily cash it's monthly mis-management fee, paid by foolish you. If you want to be the sucker building paying this company and something happens, you were warned. There is a bonus in all this craziness, I get to pay for a obnoxious used car sales man/"concierge" hired by TNWLC where i get to contribute to his 70k salary...and I can't even get access to this lovely jewel's desk because TNWLC deliberately ignores my requests to turn on my key to get access to all the parts of my building that I'm entitled to.
