US WEST; Claice v. Hooters; In the Matter of RMS) and landmark (RMS) cases; represented both businesses (e.g., Denver Yellow Cab) and individuals; lead counsel in dozens of lawsuits involving insurance companies, corporations, and government agencies; became involved in securities, private capital, and investments in 2000; owned a variety of businesses; own a private investment firm; have direct access to thousands of accredited investors worldwide including individuals, families, trusts and foundations, and institutions.
