The staff are extremely slow and unprofessional. I had a 10:00am appt. arrived early and wasn't seen until noon. I left my sons dental form for school was told to retrieve it in 24 hours. I returned in 48 hours and the form wasn't completed. When I arrived the front desk staff was discussing assaulting someone and the manager was involved. All I can say is Ratchet.
