Change to Win is an organizing center that promotes unionization of laborers through campaigns. The organization seeks to unite the more than 50 million American workers who work in industries that cannot be outsourced or shipped overseas, including health care, hotels and cross-country transportation. The goal is to provide unions in order to better enable workers to secure living wages, health care, pensions and advocacy. The organization develops and implements campaigns pertaining to union organization. Change to Win is headquartered in Washington, D.C.
