We used Scott Decorative Concrete to resurface our backyard in Glover Park and build a wooden fence with a working door system to allow cars to access the resurfaced concrete. He was the perfect choice. Mr. Scott was outstanding at all phases of the project. He communicated well regarding the scope of work and options during the planning phase. During the project he kept the site very clean, he kept us up to date on his progress, and he worked quickly and hard. We had an issue with the fence, which he quickly addressed and fixed. He addressed the issue beyond our satisfaction. My wife and I highly recommend Mr. Scott for your project!

I do not recommend this contractor. In the beginning, the contract had errors and misunderstandings, where other contractors who provided estimates understood perfectly. At the end of our project, there were many imperfections that were not taken care of during construction & planning phases & were not repaired upon completion. The contractor told us that there was nothing that he could do to resolve the issues. But, he was quick to quote additional prices and excuses. Minimal clean up was done. Our yard was left with truck tracks and nails. We had previously inform the contractor to not bring heavy equipment in our yard. However, he did it anyway when we weren't home. Check to verify that he is licensed to work in your area. He left it to us to get permits. The site drawing was insufficient. In all of our previous home project experiences, this is the absolutely worst experience that we've ever had. We will have to hire another contractor to correct these issues in the future.
