Paul G. Ruff, IV, MD, FACS is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in plastic and reconstructive cosmetic surgery for the face, body and breasts. After completing his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School and plastic surgery residency at the UCSD Medical Center, Dr. Ruff returned home to the Washington D.C. area and went into practice.
