On Saturday, April 5, 2104, I was disappointed that I was not treated fairly like most customers who relied on this cleaners for their staf's expert advise to clean my designer dress by Ralph Lauren purchased at the full price approximately $200.00; Model designed as a Light Weight Navy Blue lace drape with silver sequins on it. I was advised that this dress would cost more to clean for $7.93 which I got a 10% student discount on Tuesday, Mar. 25, received by Clerk 6. Consequently, all the sequins were steam pressed and burned off of my dress. This is a Tort complaint. The issue is my dress was damaged caused by the wrongful act in relations to competency to provide an efficient outcome in cleaning my dress, Instead, my dress was returned to me without the sequins because they all were burned off. I feel I did not get the customer satisfaction when I relied on their expertise for advise to care for this beautiful garment by this cleaner in the Cleaners industry.

Great Quality cleaning, great prices [$2 for full overcoat! compared to $20 at other places] short wait, always fully trained diverse staffed, speedy yet courteous service, always in by 9 and out by 5 same day. Highly organized, They got grape juice outta yellow pants- for the same $2! They explain how to care for your stuff. Wish my business ran like that. Have used them over 10 years and referred a ton of people- everybody else referred others. BTW, I come WAY across town. Have dry cleaned almost 50 years. Aunt worked in dry cleaning when I was a kid. Paid Bergmann prices at many shops. NOBODY can touch Parklane- PERIOD! Really, I'm just a customer. always in and out [they've never said my name- I don't tarry bc I park in front or aside Potbelly- I'm just a customer]. BTW #2- I don't usually commit like this. Cost aside and they're still the best. Their $20 charge is the competition's $60, no joke. Try them and prove me wrong.
