In 2002, it changed its corporate name to Mercer Human Resource Consulting, and is now one of the largest consulting firms in its business. Mercer Human Resource Consulting is also a global provider of HR administration and outsourcing services that cover absence management, retirement (pension and defined contribution), health and group, flexible benefits, and compensation programs under the name Mercer HR Services. It combines consulting services and outsourcing services to provide solutions to the complex HR needs of its clients.
