Managed Editing provides editorial services—mainly copyediting and proofreading—for nonprofits, government agencies, publishers, and others. We can also provide full publication production, working with our publishing partners. We typically serve clients who regularly need editorial services and want to be assured of consistent high quality and quick turnarounds. Clients work directly with our project manager, who supervises our team of top-notch editors. Managed Editing, a service of Wordfirm Inc., is headquartered in Washington, D.C., but we serve clients across the country and around the world. We communicate with clients using e‑mail and transfer documents using e-mail or FTP. Since 1996, we've edited tens of thousands of documents, from one-page flyers to multi-volume books.
