on 3-30-15 some plumbing work was completed satisfactory with the exception of correcting a leaking hot water faucet in a bathroom - was told - at that time a new hot/cold stem would have to be replaced and that he did not have one with him and that it would cost $15.00. I purchased the set and the plumber replaced it about a week later. After turning the main water off - and turning the main water back on two weeks later, the hot water faucet would not turn off!!! Repeated calls to have the problem corrected were ignored.
