Possibly the worst property management company in existence today. Our roof has leaked 10 separate times in the 2 years we've lived in our apartment. 4 separate places. We have to keep buckets and towels on standby at all times. Each time, we call, they eventually (usually 2 weeks later) send someone out, who obviously poorly patches the roof, and then the cycle repeats.



A few bikes were stolen out of the building 2 years ago, because the door was not closing properly. I'm sure it will surprise no one to learn that 2 years later, after numerous "fixes," the door still does not close and more bikes get stolen.



I would recommend this property management service to no one. However, because they have allowed the roof of our building to leak so much that mold has begun to grow in the walls, I doubt they'll be in business much longer after the lawsuits start coming.
