this is the most unfriendly consulate office i have ever talked to. All i wanted was a yes or no answer to a visa question. I was not even transferred to a person who is in charge of answering the question regarding the visa. The age of speaking to people kindly are gone with the age of technology. Check the website and do not talk to us seems to be the state of affairs. What a sad state humanity has become with the advancement of technology. Rudeness and unfriendliness seems to be the norm in this consulate office. "Have a good day i am hanging up" was the response to a request that could be answered in less than 30 seconds.
