Went to them for GC processing 6 years ago. They worked really fast and that was really beneficial because of frequent retrogression in priorty dates. You want to submit your applications quickly before the date is retrogressed. They will do that. They were upfront with the fees and share tips freely. I was not nickle-and-dimed. All of my immigration-related questions were answered thoroughly and to my satisfaction.
