Columbia Road Health Services, also known as CRHS, offers a range of medical solutions to low-income individuals in Washington, D.C. Founded in 1979, it is a community-based center that provides mental health, support and social services. The center offers treatment solutions for chronic health conditions, acute illnesses and injuries. Columbia Road Health Services also provides case management, health education, immunization and laboratory solutions. The center offers screening and treatment for anemia, lead poisoning and sexually transmitted diseases.
